About the teacher-chef

This adept chef studied food and nutrition at Nakhon Si Thammarat Vocational College and has worked in the restaurant and hotel industry, building her experience with food and cooking for the past 30 years.

Jui is not just an amazing chef, she is also a topnotch estate agent!

A fusion of passion and skill

Cooking is Jui’s passion and she seamlessly manages to merge ingredients to create amazing fusion food delectable dishes you’d expect to find in the world’s top restaurants.

She has worked in restaurants and hotels as a chef and manager over the years and studied Thai cuisine and dessert-making in depth while at college, leading her to realize that this love for creating amazing Thai food needs to be shared.

Khanom Cooking Class was born from this notion and Jui is excited and proud to share her vast knowledge in the Thai food industry with cooking students that come to learn from her.

Kanaa Moo Krob is a dish of crispy fried pork with Chinese kale and sauce, enjoyed with rice.

“I like to show the beautiful ocean from my house when everyone comes to my cooking class. After this,  we go to the local market to buy things to cook and I explain to students how to choose the various vegetables, meats and fruit; and then we prepare and cook our wonderful ingredients back at the school. People get to create amazing dishes while learning the art of Thai cooking through first-hand experience right here in Khanom,” says Jui.
